This policy explains how and when we dispatch orders, how long delivery takes, and what shipping costs.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (AEST) are prepared the same or next business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metropolitan areas are usually faster; regional and remote areas may take longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated by order value. All prices include GST.
- Orders up to $50.00: $16.50
- Orders $50.01 to $200.00: $38.50
- Orders $200.01 to $500.00: $49.50
- Orders over $500.00: $49.50
Frozen, chilled, and perishable items
Frozen, chilled, and perishable products are available for local delivery within the Point Cook and wider Wyndham area, and for in-store pickup. For food-safety reasons these items are not shipped interstate.
In-store pickup
You can collect your order from our store at 112/22 – 30 Wallace Ave, Point Cook VIC 3030. We will let you know when your order is ready.
Tracking
Where available, we will send tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
